Should I Watch Kawaii dake ja Nai Shikimori-san?

Shikimori-san is basically an anime about my dream waifu, probably your dream waifu too, probably everyone's dream waifu.

It's quite a cliche love comedy slice of life anime between a guy with bad luck and a highly capable and adored girl, of course set in high school. I believe that can sum up around a good 90% of the anime, if not all of it.

Though overall, this anime is an enjoyable watch. The plot is easy to follow, and the funny moments are, well, not bad. It's an okay balance between chill and laugh. Also good character voices, I reckon.

Characters are vibrant, which is not uncommon in comedy animes where some of the comedy is basically in the character design, I personally quite liked it. Although, I swear one of them reminds me too much of Bakugou.

Ultimately, nothing felt too unique or novel upon finishing the anime, but there shouldn't be too much to complain about, maybe besides the occasional 'convenient'.
